Hide yourself in God, so when a man wants to
find you he will have to go there first.
During the Christmas holiday season, we will not be opening on our regular days.
Specifically, we will be closed on Wednesday December 25th 2019 and Wednesday 1st January 2020.
Please note that as a result of the latest Government regulations from the COVID-19 pandemic, our Community Garden is closed until further notice. For more information, please get in touch using the form at the bottom of this page or through our Facebook page. Thank you for your understanding, we hope you stay healthy and safe!
We are a not for profit organisation set up in 2014 thanks to the support of Yokine Baptist Church and grant funding from the City of Stirling. The garden was started to share skills, local and traditional knowledge and innovative ways of living sustainably in the local community. Collectively we aim to create a thriving and healthy centre for producing food and providing knowledge and inspiration based on permaculture, ethical principles and design. We also provide a space for community groups such as nearby childcare centres and the Activ Foundation to come and plant vegetables and herbs and tend to the garden beds. The public has full access to the Garden and is welcome to harvest whatever is in season for their own use. Continual support for the garden is provided from gold coin donations from the sale of fresh garden produce.
